Planning Commission Public Hearing 7/5/18 7:00pm

Notice to the residents and property owners of Ford River Township, Delta County, MI.

Please be advised that there will be a public hearing of the Planning Commission on Thursday,  July 5th 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Ford River Twp. Hall, 3845 K. Road, Bark RIver, MI 49807, for two special use permit requests.

1) Gerry Wilson, 009-123-014-00, Section 22 T37N R24W, Address: 1016 Hwy M-35, Bark RIver, MI 49807.  Request is for (1) 48'x80' Garage for storage,

2) Corey Hanson, 009-060-075-10, Section 10 T38N R23W, Address: 4099 M Road, Escanaba, MI 49807.  Request is for (2) 40'x200' self storage warehouses, total of 88 units.

Anyone wishing to give testimony will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written testimony will be accepted until 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting by the Zoning Administrator.  Copies of proposed site plans are available for inspection.
