UP Phragmites

UP Phragmites has mailed out landowner agreement forms to all lakefront property owners.  Once again this year, they have received a grant to spray the phragmites.  In order to have property sprayed (at no cost to the property owner) the landowner agreement must be completed and returned by 8/15/14.  Even if the form was completed last year, this years form must be signed and returned.
